State Bank of Park Rapids now offers Merchant Capture, also referred to as Remote Deposit.

Merchant Capture allows you to make deposits from your business to our Bank without leaving your office!   At your convenience, you scan the checks you plan to deposit and then send an electronic file via a secure Internet connection into your account at State Bank of Park Rapids.

Necessary software is installed on your existing Windows XP Pro or Windows 2000 computer by our staff.  We come to your site, install and configure the software, and train your employees.  You will need a scanner, the size and speed of which will be determined by transaction count.  We'll help you with that... we have scanners in-stock.  Best of all, if you maintain an account balance of at least $100,000, the scanner and software are provided for your use compliments of State Bank of Park Rapids.  You'll get training and ongoing support free of charge too!
